Around 200 Americans gathered at Hora Haus in Prague on 8 November 2016 for the Democrats Abroad Czech Republic election night party. Anxious guests could attempt to calm their nerves with red, white, and blue cocktails as well as a selection of American comfort foods. The election (obviously) didn't yield a favorable outcome for the crowd (putting it mildly), but American expats were grateful for the opportunity to come together during such an important time for their home country.
